As one of the select members of the Honorable Order of the Golden Toque, one of the highest forms of recognition for an American Chef, Lee shares his story from being a boy growing up in Philly and his career path to opening his own restaurant.

During his 28 years as the Senior Executive chef with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, Chef Lee served FOUR US presidents, catered the US Open golf tournament and multiple PGA championships, catered 15 Superbowls and catered corporate galas of up to 30,000 people. No pressure!
